Friends With Benefits is a romantic comedy that centers on a man named Dylan (Justin Timberlake) and a woman named Jamie (Mila Kunis) who decide to try to have sex while remaining "just friends". The guy even invites the girl to visit his parents, all the while maintaining the idea that they aren't really "seeing each other". That's about as thick as the plot gets, so this movie only gets 2 stars.

The movie ranks as non-violent because there are only 6 violent scenes in it. These include: A man mockingly threatens another man, a woman mockingly threatens a man, a woman threatens to attack a man's sister, a kid almost catches himself on fire, a man with Alzheimer's has a mild fit, and a man mockingly threatens another man.

The previews were a bit disappointing and don't match up with the level of violence in the movie. There were nonviolent previews for Midnight In Paris and A Good Old Fashioned Orgy and there were violent previews for Colombiana and Straw Dogs.
