Review for Our Idiot Brother R  1:30

Our Idiot Brother is a story about a dim witted man named Ned (Paul Rudd) who get arrested for selling dope to a uniformed police officer. After Ned gets out of jail, he is kicked out of his former girlfriend's place and goes to live with various family members.  The story goes through various twists and turns as Ned ends up outing his family on a lot of their secrets (such as secret affairs).  Three stars.

There are only three very mild scenes of violence in this movie, which include: People are watching a video that has some slapstick violence in it, there is a mock martial arts demo by a kid, and a mom kicks her son in the butt after he does a mock martial arts show off.

The previews included a non-violent preview for Dirty Girl, non-violent previews for Higher Ground, Like Crazy and 50-50, and a violent preview for Machine Gun Preacher.
