Pierce Bronsan narrates this undersea doccumentary about life in the
Ocean. We see lots of sea creatures and true to his James Bond
pedigree, Bronsan focuses a bit too much on the feeding and fighting
habits of the creatures in the ocean. This is definitely not your
average Jaq Cousteau movie. 4 stars.
There are 13 violent scenes in all including: Seagulls fishing en
mass, sharks eating, shark attacks seals, Ocra eats sea lion pups,
shrimp attacks crab, baby sea turtles being hunted by seagulls, fish
hunting other fish (and again and again and again), a battle of the
crabs that looks like a battle scene from Lord of the
Rings with warring crabs stretching for as far as the eye can see, sea
otter cracking mussels open, and fish getting caught in nets.
This movie was shown at the Blue Light Cinemas with no previews or
other advertisements, except for the ads that run in the theater prior
to the start of the show.
