Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages, except unopened refused shipments, will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured by telephoning 408-924-0846 or emailing pagesincolor@aol.com. For questions about returning merchandise contact us using the above methods. No packages, except refused shipments, will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Returns must be sent or postmarked no later than 30 days after receipt by the customer. Because many of our items are made by craftspeople who do not adhere to exact spefications, or do not produce every item exactly the same way, not every item will be exactly as it appears in the product desription in the online catalog. For this reason, returns will be accepted on non-defective merchandise with no restocking fee. All authorized returns may be sent to the Pagesincolor.com return address below.
Once a return is authorized you should:
1. Return the item to Pagesincolor.com, 1346 The Alameda, Suite 7-318, San Jose, CA 95126.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
Limitation of Liability The limit of our liability in any dispute is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Cancellations. Orders placed can only be cancelled if no item from the order has been released to UPS or USPS for shipment to its final destination. However, there is no charge to cancell an order. Any items already shipped may be returned, per the terms and conditions outlined above, or the shipment may be refused by the customer and the customer will not be charged for the items shipped or for the shipping charges.
