The Extra Man 1:48 R Comedy
Louis Ives (Paul Dano) stars as a gangly, effeminate young man who is
torn between being a classic gentleman and cross dressing as a woman.
Louis loses his job as a teacher at Princeton after he is discovered
trying on a bra. Then he moves to New York where he moves in with
a room mate named Henry Harrison (Kevin Kline), who makes his living
escorting rich old ladies around town. Louis also gets a job working at
an environmental magazine, all the while trying to fake it (being an
environmentalist) while driving a car that gets single digit gas
mileage. Three stars.
There are only four violent scenes in this movie: There is a story of a
man burning himself, some kids throw a stuffed animal in front of
Louis's car, almost causing him to crash, Henry throws stuff at Louis
and there is a car accident.
There were no previews shown with this movie.
