Review for The Odd Life Of
Timothy Green PG Fantasy/Comedy 1:44
by John Thielking
8-19-12
The Odd Life Of Timothy Green tells the story through flashbacks of
a boy named Timothy (CJ Adams) that a couple ---Cindy (Jennifer
Garner) and Jim Green (Joel Edgerton) ---- get to
manifest from a box buried in their garden. Timothy is odd for among
other things having leaves growing out of his ankles. Will
Timothy and his father figure out how to save the local pencil
manufacturing factory in the town of Stanleyville? Tune in and
find out. Four stars.
This movie ranks as being nonviolent because there are only three
violent scenes in it. These include: a kid gets hit in the
head with a ball, a boy kicks a girl in the face and a kid gets
injured in a soccer game. There is no smoking in this movie.
The previews include violent previews for Fun Size and the too
violent movies Wreck It Ralph and Here Comes The Boom, a somewhat
violent preview for Frankenweenie and nonviolent previews for Won't
Back Down, The Hobbit and Les Miserables.
