Weekend is a short story about two gay guys Russel (Tom Cullen) and
Glen (Chris New) who meet in a gay bar in Britain one Friday night
and spend the weekend together. Before the weekend is over one
of the guys reveals that he has to make a trip to the US for two
years beginning on the following Monday. Was this a
"meaningfull relationship" or just a one or two night stand? Two
stars.
There is no actual violence in this movie. There are a couple
of scenes involving violence. In one scene one of the guys
threatens people on the street from his 14th floor window. In
another scene there is a story about a guy getting beaten up.
There were no previews when this movie was shown at the Camera 3 in
San Jose, CA.
